When you make a purchase from www.chabizzel.co.uk you are agreeing to the terms & conditions that follow.

Customer satisfaction is what comes first to me and making sure that you have an easy, exciting experience trusting my skills with your sentimental or creative ideas. I have never had any issues in the past but in the unlikely event that something goes wrong, don’t hesitate to get in touch to sort out any problems.

As an artist I may not be happy to go ahead with a commission so I may turn it down whether that’s because I think it is inappropriate or an unrealistic task for me to complete. However I am open to any unique ideas that people may offer which may not be included on my website as long as they contact me about their ideas before purchasing so I can determine if I can meet their needs. If you have already purchased a product from the website and I feel I cannot go ahead with your order, your purchase will be refunded in full. When sending me your photos I may need you to take new ones if the original photos aren't clear enough, If you are unable to send any clearer photos I will ask whether you are ok if the quality may not be up to my standard however I will do my best to use my experience as an artist recover any lost details. 
Although I am never late with commissions, you cannot receive a full a refund if your portrait is completed after your estimated completion time. Commissions typically can take from a week to a month or even longer depending on the size and detail of the piece. If you need an artwork by a certain date I always recommend getting booked in well in advance, the recommended time would be at least 2 months before the date. 

When typing out your shipping adress at checkout, or if purchasing from me through email you must accurately write your full address. If you have entered or typed an incorrect shipping address and your portrait has been delivered to that address, it is not the responsibility of Chabizzel to retrieve that portrait and you are not entitled to a refund. Although I always try to finish my commissions as early as possible, it is not the responsibility of Chabizzel if your parcel is not delivered on time due to shipping time. If you would like me to hold on to your artwork I can keep it in a safe storage for the mean time until you are happy for me to dispatch it to you. I will keep it for up to 6 months then it will either need to be shipped or it will be discarded.

The prices of my artworks may increase as my skills as an artist grow as well as the cost of materials. It is always best to get your orders in early rather than waiting as I might be too busy or the prices may increase. All artworks are non-refundable and non-returnable as they are custom made.
